Common Questions about Working Together
Where are your sessions located?
I see clients at my studio in Kirkland, WA, 98034. It’s a quiet, welcoming space designed for focus and ease. I’m centrally located for anyone living on the Eastside, making it a short drive from Bellevue, Redmond, Woodinville, and Bothell.
Do you offer virtual sessions if I’m not in the Eastside area?
Yes! While my hands-on Functional Integration® sessions are best done in person at my Kirkland studio, my New Client Consultations and certain Feldenkrais movement lessons work beautifully over Zoom. This allows me to help clients across Greater Seattle and beyond find relief from the comfort of their own homes.
Is there parking available at your Kirkland studio?
Absolutely. I want your session to be stress-free from the moment you arrive. There is easy, free parking directly at the location, so you don't have to worry about the typical downtown hustle before we begin our work.
How do I know if this is right for my specific issue?
Whether you're dealing with "tech neck" from a desk job in Bellevue, training for a race on the Cross Kirkland Corridor, or simply noticing that getting out of bed feels "creaky," we start exactly where you are. I recommend booking a New Client Consultation first so we can discuss your goals and see how these movement strategies feel in your body.
